On 17 March 2021, Yingde Gases and Shanghai Hyfun Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hyfun Energy") signed a strategic hydrogen energy partnership agreement.
This partnership with Hyfun Energy marks a huge step in Yingde Gases' involvement in the field of hydrogen energy. Through leveraging Yingde Gases' advantage in manufacturing, storage and transportation as well as Hyfun Energy's experience and scale in the construction and operations of hydrogen refueling stations, this partnership will revolve around the areas of, among others, hydrogen supply, hydrogen purification and the establishment of hydrogen refueling stations. Meanwhile, we will also conduct research and project development on hydrogen energy application scenarios such as hydrogen energy transportation demonstrations.
This partnership between both parties will involve combining resources and complementing each other's advantages to jointly develop the market and create more commercial value, with Jining in Shandong as a starting point.
